Tromler Construction - A Sacramento General Contractor: New Laminate Counters In Cameron Park Apartment

New Laminate Counters In Cameron Park Apartment

New Laminate Counters In

Cameron Park Apartment

Installing new laminate counters in Sacramento and El Dorado County is not a new service for Tromler Construction, we install these counters in apartments and homes regularly. When working with an apartment community, at some point management may decide to change styles of materials being used. This change can have an impact on the look of the unit.

This week, one of the apartment communities that I work with made a minor change in the color and texture of their kitchen counters. They switched from an plain almond laminate to a darker granite-like laminate. The response to the change has been good, potential tenants have made positive comments.

Much of our service is done in apartment communities in Sacramento and El Dorado County, let us know if you need help with laminate counters or any other construction need.

Great service to offer landlords....something to put in a newsletter to them...or a feature sheet with an invoice.

Granite-like laminate ...they are making all kinds of lower-end products these days that look like their higher-end counterparts.

Manufacturers have made some really nice changes to laminate countertops the past four or five years. I used to hate them but a lot of the newer styles are actually pretty nice now.

Hello Tom Arstingstall, General Contractor, Dry Rot, Water Damage Sacramento, El Dorado County - (916) 765-5366

Laminate choices have come a long way - the granite style(s) do give a great updated look to that kitchen.
